Artist Bio
Sonal Shah
(Bio as of November 2002)
Sonal Shah most recently appeared at the Goodman in A Christmas Carol during the 2002/2003 Season. She graduated with a degree in theater from Loyola University where her favorite roles included Olga in Three Sisters, Virginia in Galileo, Sheila in Jake’s Women and Princess Sasha in Orlando, for which she was awarded best supporting actress. Since graduating, Ms. Shah has performed in Collaboraction’s Summer Sketchbook, Rev Productions’ Girls Gone Stupid, Theatre Hikes’ Ransom of Red Chief and on the WGN Morning News. Additionally, Ms. Shah is a professional Indian dancer who has appeared in a number of independent films, served as Miss DuPage County 1998, and was selected as the student speaker for Loyola’s commencement ceremony.
