Artist Bio
Tyler Micoleau
(Bio as of September 2014)
Tyler Micoleau most recently collaborated with the Goodman on The Trinity River Plays during the 2010/2011 Season. In Chicago he was nominated for a Jeff Award for his lighting for The Screwtape Letters at the Mercury Theater in 2009. His off-Broadway credits include When the Rain Stops Falling (Lucille Lortel Award) and The City of Conversation at Lincoln Center Theater; Foundry’s The Good Person of Szechwan at the Public Theater; The Aliens at Rattlestick Playwrights Theater; Blasted at Soho Rep (American Theatre Wing Hewes Design Award); Hell House at St. Ann’s Warehouse (Hewes Design Award nomination); Bug (Lucille Lortel and Obie Awards) and Orson’s Shadow at Barrow Street Theatre and Underneath the Lintel at SoHo Playhouse. His regional credits include work at the American Repertory Theater, Huntington Theatre Company, Long Wharf Theatre, Trinity Repertory Company, the Old Globe, the Shakespeare Theater Company and Dallas Theater Center, among others. Mr. Micoleau was awarded the 2010 OBIE Award for Sustained Excellence of Lighting Design.
