Artist Bio
TaRon Patton
(Bio as of June 2013)
TaRon Patton most recently appeared at the Goodman in By the Way, Meet Vera Stark during the 2012/2013 Season. Other Chicago credits include The Hot l Baltimore at Steppenwolf Theatre Company and St James Infirmary, Black Nativity and Joe Turner’s Come and Gone at Congo Square Theatre Company. She performed in both the Chicago and New York productions of Steppenwolf Theatre Company’s The Bluest Eye. Film credits include Of Boys and Men and Stitches, and she has appeared on television in Chicago Fire, A Different World and the Emmy Award–winning CBS after-school special What About Your Friends. Most recently, she directed Bulrusher at Congo Square Theatre Company last fall. She received her MFA from University of California, Los Angeles.
