FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS, RECENT GRADUATES & EARLY CAREER PROFESSIONALS

The next generation of arts professionals become acquainted with the industry through internships in all the areas of the theater, offered in one of three annual terms. Areas of opportunity include casting, costumes, development (fundraising), education and community engagement, literary management and dramaturgy, marketing/public relations/publicity, production management, properties, sound and stage management.

The multi-year initiative annually selects a cohort of Chicago based artists and activists who develop projects designed to find solutions to community-identified issues to help build a better Chicago.
