Artist Bio
Richard Woodbury

Richard Woodbury (Sound Designer) returns to the Goodman where previous credits include original music and sound design for The Cherry Orchard, Swing State, The Sound Inside, The Winter’s Tale, Sweat, An Enemy of the People, Blind Date, Ah, Wilderness!, Uncle Vanya and 2666, among many others. Chicago: True West, HIR, Linda Vista (Steppenwolf Theatre Company); Smart People and The Scene (Writers Theatre). Woodbury’s work has also been featured on Broadway, internationally and at regional theaters across the United States. He has received Jeff, Helen Hayes, Ovation and IRNE Awards for Outstanding Sound Design and the Ruth Page Award for Outstanding Collaborative Artist.
