Artist Bio
Paola Lázaro-Muñoz

Paola Lázaro-Muñoz is a playwright and actress from San Juan, Puerto Rico. In 2017, her play Tell Hector I Miss Him (Atlantic Theater Company) was nominated for a Drama League Award for Best Production of a Broadway or Off-Broadway Play, and was also nominated for an Outer Critics Circle Award for the John Gassner Playwriting Award. She has a two-year Playwright Residency at The Public Theater and is a Sundance Institute Time Warner Foundation Storytelling Fellow. Off-Broadway acting credits include Our Lady of 121st Street (Signature Theatre) and To the Bone (Cherry Lane Theatre).
