Artist Bio
Christina Nieves
(Bio as of October 2013)
Christina Nieves most recently appeared at the Goodman in El Nogalar during the 2010/2011 Season. Her other Goodman credits include The Sins of Sor Juana, Boleros for the Disenchanted, Esperanza Rising (a co-production with Chicago Children’s Theatre) and Little Certainties, as part of the Latino Theatre Festival. Other Chicago credits include In the Heights at the Paramount Theatre, A Midsummer Night’s Dream at Chicago Shakespeare Theater, The House on Mango Street at Steppenwolf Theatre Company, Welcome to Arroyo’s at American Theater Company, The Mark of Zorro at Lifeline Theatre, Lunatic(a)s, S-e-x-Oh! at Teatro Luna and The Magic Ofrenda at The Theatre Building. She is an ensemble member of Teatro Vista and a graduate of The Theatre School at DePaul.
