Artist Bio
David Caddick
(Bio as of June 2003)
David Caddick most recently collaborated with the Goodman on Bounce during the 2002/2003 Season. He studied at both the London College and Royal College of Music. He was music director for the London productions of Jesus Christ Superstar and Evita, spent a year with The Royal Shakespeare Company, was musical supervisor of Cats, Song & Dance, Starlight Express and The Phantom of the Opera. Since 1987 he’s been a resident of the United States and supervised all the productions of The Phantom of the Opera, Cats, Miss Saigon and Sunset Boulevard. He served as executive producer for Cameron Mackintosh for the productions of The House of Martin Guerre, Putting It Together, Oklahoma! and Les Miserables. He’s produced cast albums of The Complete Les Miserables (Grammy award), Miss Saigon, Oliver, The Witches of Eastwick, Oklahoma! and My Fair Lady. He was music director for the film of Evita.
