Artist Bio
Ed Kross
(Bio as of April 2013)
Ed Kross most recently appeared at the Goodman in Animal Crackers during the 2009/2010 Season. Mr. Kross has worked for The Second City, first cruising the world performing sketch comedy and improvisation aboard the Norwegian Epic, and later in Sex, Love & The Second City: A Romantic Dot Comedy at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, the Alliance Theatre in Atlanta and Second City’s UP Comedy Club in Chicago. Other credits include I Love Lucy Live On Stage at the Broadway Playhouse, Seymour in Little Shop of Horrors at Peninsula Players Theatre, the Devil in Damn Yankees at the Carousel Dinner Theatre, the Tin Man in The Wizard of Oz at Chicago Shakespeare Theater, Cornelius in Hello, Dolly! at Theatre at the Center and three years in I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change at the Royal George Theatre. He hosted The Sing-a-Long Wizard of Oz at the Oriental Theatre in Chicago and the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. On camera, Mr. Kross has appeared in over 60 commercials, had guest spots on Early Edition and Boss, and shares one-on-one scenes with Tom Hanks in Road to Perdition and George Clooney in Ocean’s Twelve.
