Artist Bio
Freeman Coffey
(Bio as of February 2003)
Freeman Coffey most recently appeared at the Goodman in By the Music of the Spheres during the 2002/2003 Season. Other Goodman credits include Let Me Live, which won the Jeff Award for Best Ensemble. He has also appeared in Hambone at Victory Gardens; East Texas Hot Links, Doolisters Blues and Sty of the Blind Pig at Onyx Theatre; Pill Hill, Home and Death of the Black Jesus at Chicago Theatre Co.; Thunder Knocking at the Door at the Northlight Theatre; and as Paul Robeson in Paul Robeson All American at Indiana Repertory Theatre. Mr. Coffey can be heard in various radio and television commercials. He has appeared on Early Edition and the motion pictures Hard Ball, Home Alone 3 and the soon to be released Uncle Nino.
