Artist Bio
Gabe Hatfield

Gabe Hatfield (Director of Photography) After graduating from DePauw University’s Media Fellows program, Hatfield began working a freelance cameraman in the Chicago market working on corporate, advertising and documentary projects. Over the last 23 years, his company has grown from a one-man shop to a full-service production company whose local clients include The National Association of REALTORS, Arcelor/Mittal Steel, Binny’s Beverage Depot and now Goodman Theatre. He is a regular contributor to NBC Network News Productions including features for the Today Show, NBC Nightly News and NBC Dateline. Notably, he was the Director of Photography for the Emmy Award-winning prime-time special featuring President Barack Obama’s last major television interview before leaving office.
