G.W. Mercier most recently collaborated with the Goodman on The Ballad of Emmett Till during the 2007/2008 Season. Mr. Mercier has designed extensively throughout the country. On Broadway, he designed Juan Darien: A Carnival Mass by Julie Taymor and Eliott Goldenthal, for which he received a Tony Award nomination and two Drama Desk Award nominations.
