Artist Bio
Jenny Bacon

Jenny Bacon most recently appeared at the Goodman in Stage Kiss during the 2010/2011 Season. Ms. Bacon previously appeared at the Goodman in ’Tis Pity She’s a Whore, The Baltimore Waltz, Dancing at Lughnasa, A Touch of the Poet, Journey to the West, Three Sisters and Mirror of the Invisible World. Her additional Chicago credits include Molly Sweeney (Jeff Award nomination) and Morning Star (Jeff Award nomination) at Steppenwolf Theatre Company; Mary Stuart (Jeff Award nomination) and Phaedra at Court Theatre and The Arabian Nights at Lookingglass Theatre Company. Her numerous New York credits include The Public Theater’s production of In the Wake; The Orphan of Zhao at Lincoln Center Festival; the Pulitzer Prize-nominated Omnium Gatherum; Carson McCullers (Historically Inaccurate) at the Julia Miles Theatre; Race at Classic Stage Company and Ivo van Hove’s productions of A Streetcar Named Desire and More Stately Mansions at New York Theatre Workshop and the Edinburgh International Festival (Herald Angels Award). Ms. Bacon’s television and film credits include Fling (pilot), Law & Order, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, In God’s Hands and We Pedal Uphill, among others.
