Artist Bio
John Sanders

John Sanders most recently appeared at the Goodman in Turn of the Century during the 2008/2009 Season. He returns to the Goodman where he was an understudy in Shining City. Chicago credits include I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change at Noble Fool Theatricals; Cymbeline and Troilus and Cressida at Chicago Shakespeare Theater; It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play at American Theater Company; Ten Little Indians at Drury Lane Theatre in Oakbrook; The Uneasy Chair at Writers’ Theatre; Arrangement for Two Violas at Visions & Voices Theatre Company; Fellow Travellers, Burying the Bones, Prairie Lights and The Memorandum at Stage Left Theatre; Making History at Irish Repertory of Chicago; Henry V and Blood Wedding at The Hypocrites Theater Company; and Amadeus at Buffalo Theatre Ensemble. In spring 2009 he will appear in the world premiere of A Minister’s Wife at Writers’ Theatre. Off-off Broadway credits include The Last Five Years at Impulse Theater. Mr. Sanders is the recipient of two Jeff Award Nominations and an After Dark Award. He is an associate artist at Chicago Dramatists.
