Artist Bio
Lindsay Jones
(Bio as of June 2007)
Lindsay Jones most recently collaborated with the Goodman on In the Continuum during the 2006/2007 Season. Off-Broadway credits include The God of Hell, Dedication or the Stuff of Dreams, In The Continuum, John Ferguson, Boy, String Of Pearls, Treason, Luminescence Dating, O Jerusalem, Beautiful Thing and Closet Land. Regional credits include Centerstage, American Conservatory Theater, Hartford Stage, South Coast Repertory, Alliance, Ford’s Theatre, Goodman Theatre, Actors Theatre of Louisville, Kansas City Repertory, The Old Globe, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, Steppenwolf, Pasadena Playhouse, Milwaukee Repertory and Lookingglass—among many others. International credits include productions in Austria, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Scotland and the Royal Shakespeare Company in England. Mr. Jones has received four Jeff Awards and 11 nominations, an Ovation Award, two ASCAP Plus Awards, nominations for a Barrymore Award, Connecticut Critics Award, NAACP Theatre Award and Austin Critics Table Award, and was the first sound designer to win the Michael Maggio Emerging Designer Award. Recent film scores include Asparagus, A Stalkumentary! and A Note of Triumph: The Golden Age of Norman Corwin for HBO Films (2006 Academy Award winner, Best Documentary, Short Subject).
