Artist Bio
Mackenzie Brown
(Bio as of May 2009)
Mackenzie Brown most recently collaborated with the Goodman on Rock ‘n’ Roll during the 2008/2009 Season. She returns to the Goodman where she previously served as floor manager for Sarah Ruhl’s Passion Play: a cycle in three parts, Robert Falls’ Shining City, A Trip to Bountiful, the world premiere of The Ballad of Emmett Till, Ain’t Misbehavin’, In the Continuum, A Christmas Carol and the Latino Theater Festival. Other stage management Chicago credits include If All the World Were Paper and The Selfish Giant at Chicago Children’s Theatre, Ravinia Festival Association and It Ain’t Nothin’ but the Blues and Pride and Prejudice at Northlight Theatre. Regional credits include productions with StageOne Productions, Wichita Grand Opera and H.A. Summer Dinner Theatre. Upcoming productions include the 09/10 season with Chicago Children’s Theatre. She is a company member of Red Tape Theatre.
