Matt Daw

Matt’s recent theatre credits as lighting designer include Troilus and Cressida (RSC), The Last Ship (Northern Stage), The Rink (Southwark Playhouse), The Shadow Factory (Nuffield Theatre), Rapunzel (Theatre Royal Stratford East), Rules for Living (English Touring Theatre), The Hartlepool Monkey (Gyre and Gimble), City of Glass (HOME, Manchester/ Lyric Hammersmith), Death takes a Holiday (Charing Cross Theatre), Wasted (Bobby Tiwana/West Yorkshire Playhouse), Beacons (Park Theatre) and The Elephantom (National Theatre/New London). Matt’s work for film includes Pride directed by Matthew Warchus, and he designed lighting for The xx’s European Tour 2018, Damian Rice’s My Favourite Faded Fantasy World Tour, Sigur Rós’s Kveikur and Valtari Tours (with Bruno Poet) and Björk’s Biophilia World Tour.
