Matthew Gold most recently appeared at the Goodman in A Christmas Carol during the 2009/2010 Season. His other Goodman credits include Young Irving Berlin in Tommy Tune’s Turn of the Century and the 2007 production of A Christmas Carol. Mr. Gold’s other Chicago credits include The Bowery Boys and Oliver! at Marriott’s Lincolnshire Theatre, the national tour of The Wizard of Oz at The Chicago Theatre, Nine… the musical at Porchlight Music Theatre, Superman: The Musical at Drury Lane Oakbrook Theatre, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof at The Hypocrites and Dark at the Top of the Stairs at American Theater Company. His film credits include the 2010 release of Rob Reiner’s Flipped, The Return of Joe Rich, Polish Bar and The Fall. Mr. Gold can currently be seen in a Freschetta Pizza commercial on national television. He is in eighth grade and enjoys playing baseball in his spare time.
