Artist Bio
Meredith Zinner
(Bio as of January 2003)
Meredith Zinner most recently appeared at the Goodman in The Rose Tattoo during the 2002/2003 Season. Other Goodman credits include Arcadia, All’s Well That Ends Well and the original The Notebooks of Leonardo Da Vinci, which she also performed off-Broadway at Lincoln Center. Most recently, she appeared as Hermia in Mary Zimmerman’s production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream at the Huntington Theatre. Lookingglass Theatre credits include S/M at the Steppenwolf Studio, HereAfter; In the Eye of the Beholder, and the original productions of The Arabian Nights and The Secret in the Wings. Additional Chicago credits include the Midwest premiere of Shopping and Fucking at Bailiwick, Fox Theatrical’s production of Steve Martin’s Picasso at the Lapin Agile at Briar Street Theatre, John Malkovich’s production of Libra at Steppenwolf Theatre, ED at Remains, and Jazz Freddy at Live Bait. Film and television credits include Erin Brockovich (with Julia Roberts and Albert Finney), The Secret, Serious Business, Since You’ve Been Gone (directed by David Schwimmer), The Beloved, ER (recurring), 2 Guys and a Girl, The Division, My Wonderful Life (pilot), and Turks. An ensemble member of The Echo Theatre Company in Los Angeles, Ms. Zinner also was an original member of Steppenwolf Theatre’s New Play Lab Ensemble.
