Artist Bio
Pat Bowie
(Bio as of April 2001)
Pat Bowie most recently appeared at the Goodman in The Amen Corner during the 2000/2001 Season. Other Goodman credits include The Skin of Our Teeth, Joe Turner’s Come and Gone, Red Noses, From the Mississippi Delta and Play Mas. For the past few years she has spent most of her time in England, and is recreating the role which she first performed last year at the Tricycle Theatre in London. Other credits include The Day the Bronx Died at Tricycle Theatre, the English premiere of A Small World by Mustafa Matura at the Southwark Theatre in London, Vieux Carre at Nottingham Playhouse and the touring production of Playboy of the West Indies in England and Ireland. Radio and TV credits with the BBC include Spell #7, Waiting to Exhale, Other Voices and The Ben Elton Show. Pat Bowie is a native of Evanston, Illinois.
