Artist Bio
Raúl Castillo
(Bio as of April 2012)
Raúl Castillo most recently appeared at the Goodman in Fish Men during the 2011/2012 Season. Theater credits include A Lifetime Burning at Primary Stages, School of the Americas with LAByrinth Theater Company at The Public Theater, References to Salvador Dalí Make Me Hot at Abroad Stage Company, Open House at The Foundry Theatre, Flowers at the Ensemble Studio Theatre and Jesus Hopped the ‘A’ Train with barebones productions. Mr. Castillo has appeared on film in My Best Day; Cold Weather; Bless Me, Ultima; The Girl; Don’t Let Me Drown and Amexicano, and on television in Nurse Jackie, Law & Order and All My Children. His own play Knives and Other Sharp Objects premiered at The Public Theater in a co-production with LAByrinth Theater Company. He is a member of LAByrinth Theater Company and a graduate of Boston University.
