Artist Bio
Tommy Derrah

Tommy Derrah returns to the Goodman, where he previously appeared in Sganerelle and Six Characters in Search of an Author. He is a founding member of American Repertory Theater, where he has performed in 120 productions. Mr. Derrah appeared on Broadway in Jackie: An American Life; he has appeared off Broadway and regionally in productions at American Conservatory Theater, Berkeley Repertory Theatre, the Doolittle Theater, the Geffen Playhouse, the Alley Theatre, the Huntington Theatre Company and SpeakEasy Stage Company, among others. Mr. Derrah has also performed extensively in festivals throughout Europe and Asia and recently toured France in the title role in Julius Caesar for the Centre Dramatique Nationale d’Orléans. His film and television credits include Mystic River, The Pink Panther 2 and Fools Fire, which was written and directed by Julie Taymor. Mr. Derrah is the recipient of the Elliot Norton Award for Sustained Excellence. He teaches acting at Harvard University and is a graduate of Yale School of Drama.
