Artist Bio
Tracy Lynn Olivera
(Bio as of September 2010)
Tracy Lynn Olivera most recently appeared at the Goodman in Candide during the 2010/2011 Season. She appeared on Broadway in the 2009 revival of Ragtime. Her credits in Washington, D.C. include Ragtime, Sunday in the Park with George and Passion at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts; Les Misérables, Ace, Merrily We Roll Along, The Happy Time and Allegro at Signature Theatre; Meet John Doe, Shenandoah, A Christmas Carol and the upcoming world premiere of Liberty Smith at Ford’s Theatre; The Comedy of Errors at Folger Theatre; Carousel, Grease and The Madwoman of Chaillot at Olney Theatre Center; The Last Five Years and Closer Than Ever at MetroStage; and Rough Magic, J.B. and God of Vengeance at Rorschach Theatre, where she is a company member. Ms. Olivera is a four-time Helen Hayes Award nominee for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Musical. She received her BM in Vocal Performance from Catholic University, where she is now a member of the faculty.
