Artist Bio
Wayne T. Carr
(Bio as of November 2005)
Wayne T. Carr most recently appeared at the Goodman in A Christmas Carol during the 2005/2006 Season. He just finished his second season at the American Players Theatre in Spring Green, WI, where he was seen as Damis in Tartuffe, Fenton in The Merry Wives of Windsor and Seyton in Macbeth, directed by Kate Buckley. He was also in APT’s 2004 season in Twelfth Night (directed by William Brown), London Assurance and Cymbeline. Additional credits include three musicals at the Fulton Opera House, including Seussical, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and The Pirates of Penzance. He has also performed at Pennsylvania’s Center Stage, the Red Room in New York, Broadway West Palm in Arizona and in a one-man show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Mr. Carr graduated with an M.F.A. in acting from Penn State and a B.A. in directing from Frostburg State University in Maryland.
