William Kilgore most recently collaborated with the Goodman on The Amen Corner during the 2000/2001 Season. He is a producer, arranger and composer. He has recorded with Ramsey Lewis and toured in Europe with the production A Tribute to Mahalia Jackson with Tammy McCann. He has written songs for nu­merous gospel artists such as Soul Children of Chica­go, Timothy Wright, Pace Sisters and Grace and Glory Covenant Choir. For 14 years he has worked in Chicago’s Public Schools and Park District as a teacher. Mr. Kilgore is presently a staff musician at the James Memorial A.M.E. Church, where they are preparing for Ramsey Lewis’ first Gospel album.
